I checked with our vendors and there are no custom fit wiring harnesses available for the 2007 Range Rover. This means to add a 7-way connector you will need to install both a 4-way and 7-way.

The Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # RR94XR sits right around 4" tall, so at the most it will add 4" to the height of your 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport, but since the feet sit on the slope of the roof the overall height should be a little lower than that. Though we have yet to get the chance to install the Curt # C13243 on a 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Sport, we have done an install with the Draw-Tite # 75229 on a 2016.
When this was done, we got 13 inches from the ground to the inside top of the receiver, which should be very similar, if not the same, as installing the # C13243 on your 2020.

While we have a long adjustable ball mount, there are none where just the shank by itself measures a full 9 inches from hitch pin hole to the bar. Reason is that adjustable ball mounts need to be able to take on higher capacities and that would just be too much leverage on the shank alone.

If you can lighten the trailer's loaded and ready to tow tongue weight to the point where it's below 330 lbs, it would be okay to use the OEM hitch offered by Land Rover. You could possibly move some items to the rear of the travel trailer to lighten the tongue weight.

I would be happy to list out the Thule roof rack, with Evo crossbars, you will need to use a Thule Hullavator item # TH898 on 2023 Land Rover Defender but I have no idea what crossbars or rails you currently have. It doesn't look like you ordered them from us so I can't accurately answer whether or not they'll work on your Land Rover. This roof rack requires your Land Rover to have tracks preinstalled on the roof from the dealer. We don't have an option for a bare roof.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled a Blue Ox 4-Wire, Coiled Electrical Cord with 4-Way, Round Plugs, # BX8861, to take some measurements for you. When coiled up, from end to end it measures about 38 inches long. When stretched out to the maximum it measures 176 inches.
